Lacrosse Basics

Hello and welcome to the exciting world of lacrosse. Come and learn about the invigorating game of lacrosse from a real lacrosse player. Lacrosse is America's fastest growing sport with more and more people becoming interested in the sport every day. During my lessons, I walk you through all the basics of lacrosse you will need to build a foundation of knowledge. Whether you are interested in playing the game, coaching, or are just curious this is the course for you. This course goes over the history of lacrosse, the modern game, the objective of the game, the equipment needed, the outline of the field, the positions, the rules, and common tactics used in the game. This course is great for both visual and auditory learners as I describe and show you the basics of lacrosse. An outline of the field is used to draw up plays, tactics, positions, and more for you to learn about. I know you will enjoy the simple yet effective techniques used to teach this wonderful game.
