Welcome to the Max Powers - Intro to Kettlebell Flow program. This program was designed for all fitness levels, for both men and women.
Kettlebells are a powerful unconventional training tool, great for providing full-body workouts. This 8-week program combines an introduction to kettlebell flow techniques with HIIT style workouts to provide you with an awesome fitness experience! Kettlebell training improves coordination and body awareness. They also build lean muscles and burning fat when properly used. This is exactly why I created this program, I want you to reach your fitness potential while having fun in the process.
The first weeks we will make sure you have the foundational strength to entertain kettlebell flow movements. Soon after you have acquired the basic strength needed to "Flow" with the kettlebell(towards the end of week 2). Intro to Kettlebell Flow program will become fun and enjoyable! When you are comfortable with the basic movements your training will feel like dancing, smooth and easy!
Do not neglect the TEMPO in the strength development phase, it is a key details to progress rapidly. Always perform kettlebell swing movements with power, focus and intent. The only way to truly enjoy kettlebell is to master the basics.
When you execute the workouts with the right form, technique and intensity results are almost guaranteed provided you have sensible nutrition and lifestyle habits.
