Journaling is a tool and a ritual not only for writing but also for self-assessment, self-discovery, troubleshooting, organizing, empathy training, anger management, making memories, finding your voice and style - or simply to talk to yourself.
There are no rules, you only need to write and follow through. There will be challenges and homework, things to learn, things to try, things to develop.
To begin, you’ll need something to write on, physical or virtual, and your wits. Clear your mind, get in your personal space and go for it.
This workshop is divided in 5 parts, each part containing different approaches, challenges and techniques. You might want to try it all at once or try it step by step. The lessons were made to help you create a routine of writing, to push you to write.
For literary flair you have a list of english literary figures of speech attached. Use it wisely. Also, you can find a link to a playlist created for this workshop.
