This introductory course in psychology is designed to give students a basic understanding of human behaviour.
Students will learn the major psychological theories that will allow them to explain and predict human behaviour.
The emphasis will be on examining their own behaviour and the behaviour of other behaviors within an organizational context.
It is important to understand human behaviour not only from the perspective of a worker interacting with an organization but from the individual perspective as well.
A comprehensive introduction to psychology will equip students with the basic tools needed to understand and appropriately respond to human behaviour.
