IELTS Absolute Speaking Master

The IELTS Absolute Speaking Master video course is a flexible IELTS preparation course which has been designed to maximise your score across all four assessment criteria: Fluency and Coherence, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy, and Pronunciation.

This course will help you focus on the exam strategies you need in order to be successful in the IELTS test. You will become familiar with the test format and learn how best to approach the different sections of the test.

The IELTS Absolute Speaking Master course does NOT include:

• Endless lists of vocabulary that may be too complicated for you or that are difficult to learn in context

• Boring grammar lectures concentrating on complicated areas of English grammar

• Material that does not give you an advantage when taking the IELTS exam – because what would be the point of that?

YOU CAN expect:

• To increase your understanding of what is needed to get a high band score (by reference to the grading criteria and what the examiner needs in order to give you high marks)

• To learn key answer strategies and techniques so that you can answer any question on any topic for each part of the test with confidence

• To improve your grammar in specific areas that will allow you to avoid common mistakes and learn which structures to use for given situations so that you get higher marks

• To learn how to paraphrase effectively and use collocations in your speaking; to understand and use idiomatic expressions to best effect; basically, to improve your vocabulary in the right way to maximise your chances of success

• To understand the importance of maintaining fluency in your speaking and how to achieve it

• To learn the important features of pronunciation which have the greatest impact on your score

• To have access to teaching methods and materials that have proven to be successful delivered to you by an experienced native English speaker educator who has taught students from many different nationalities over thousands of hours!
