Human Resource Planning and Job Analysis Course

Human resource planning; demand forecasting, determining personnel supply and preparing plans by comparing supply and demand. These elements are supported by factors such as determination of objectives, environmental analysis, business analysis and performance appraisal. As we have already mentioned, it is not right to say that all of these elements exist in every business, but every organization fulfills these elements explicitly or indirectly.

In this course, as an employer or employee, the subjects that we need to know fundamentally for our work, the job to be selected and our current job are explained and taught with video lessons, understandable and applicable information and examples in our business life.
