Hi, I am Panna, a 13 year old girl who loves to hula hoop. From the age of 5 I have been hula hooping and it’s my passion. I have performed in various places including the stampede, global fest and competitions. Now I want to share my love for hula hooping with you using this course. Hula hooping is a fun way to burn calories , strengthen your core muscles, and boost your cardiovascular fitness. Hula hooping can boost the fun factor in your fitness routine and give you an excellent workout at the same time. It can provide similar results to other types of aerobic activities, such as dancing — including salsa, hula, belly and swing dancing. By learning from this course you will get a basic to intermediate understanding of hula hooping. You will also learn a variety of tricks and movements with not only the hoop but with ribbons too.
