How to Succeed as an Introvert & Extrovert

Many people are not sure how is their personality - whether they are introverts or extroverts.  They assume many things and lead a life of uncertainty - both professionally and personally. To add to this, people around them also carry wrong assumptions or negative opinions about others who have a distinctly different personality - an introvert or an extrovert.   This course provides clarity through self-assessments, advice, suggestions to identify one's own personality and tailor one's life suitably.   The hobbies such people should pursue, how to take breaks - 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 2-hour breaks to re-energize themselves, professionals who can have a choice of careers according to their personality trait etc.  The major advice carried out here in my course is never attempt to change anybody's personality, do not work against it but learn to live with it.  I have also added a lecture on identifying the personality of your child - whether introverted or extroverted, how to handle such children, during their formative years.    In addition to learning through this course, one can download and read books and articles as well to enhance one's knowledge about the topic.   This aspect of personal or professional life is most crucial for people to succeed in life.  I  would suggest that learn everything this course offers and derive immense benefit.
