Learn tools and techniques that I use to implement a business driven EA Practice.  This course contains a step by step guide for how I approach the first year of implementation.  This course - Part I - will walk you the the details for how to create that first instance of the consolidated roadmap or operational plan.  The key is to create the most viable product within the first 3-4 months. 

Using a fictitious organization I will demonstrate how to:

• Approach EA using a business driven model. 

• Create EA Design Principles customized to the senior executives appetite for change. 

• Document the business artifacts needed to create the business roadmap prioritized based on risk and value add.

• Pull all of the information together and create that consolidated or operational roadmap.  The detailed plan used to influence planning sessions and project scoping.

• The key to success is to work with the organization and create the most viable product within 3-4 months.
