Hosting a Static Website using Amazon S3

This course is designed for the beginner/intermediate developer and will teach you some of the core serverless technology using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

You will be configuring AWS serverless resources to host a static website. The concepts covered in this course range from beginner to advanced and will teach you some very important concepts such as:

• Amazon S3

• Amazon Route 53

• Amazon Certificate Manager

• Amazon Cloudfront Distribution

• Domain Names, DNS A and CNAME Records

• Content Distribution and Caching

• ACM SSL Certificates and Updating Domain Entries

• Access Control Lists for Amazon S3

This course is designed to get you familiar with developing some of the most popular AWS services. Prior knowledge about Amazon Web Services is recommended, and general web technology terminology is super helpful. Just bring a positive attitude and you will go far!

PLEASE NOTE: This course will assume that you have some familiarity with AWS and web development terminology.
