Hoshin Kan Beginner Karate Kata

This course is designed to supplement a student’s Kata knowledge. Kata are the prearranged forms that teach students techniques, principles, combinations, and applications. Our goal in designing this set of courses was to develop a resource for students of the Hoshin Kan to use as a reference when practicing at home. However, anyone who is interested in learning Kata can benefit from this course. Please remember than an online course can only supplement your training and can never replace training time in a Dojo under a licensed instructor.
