In this course, I will share with you the habit-building framework I use with my personal training clients to help them achieve their goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle and strength, or simply improve your overall health, this is the course for you! Over my years as a personal trainer, I have come to appreciate that people don't fail because they don't want their goals, they fail because they approach their goals in the wrong way. Constantly coming up short of your fitness goals can be extremely demotivating, and can negatively impact your belief in your ability to take control of your health. Successfully implementing habits to improve your health has the opposite effect. Your confidence will grow. You'll see and feel real change in your body and in your health, motivating you to continue your health transformation.
Many of our outcomes in life and health, are the lagging measure of our habits. If you can master the ability to develop and change habits in your life, you can steer yourself in any direction you'd like. Want to lose 15lbs? Develop a habit of eating 3-4 servings of vegetables every day. Want to develop strength and muscle in your arms? Incorporate a few sets of bicep curls into your daily routine.
The key to creating habits that stick, is to understand the anatomy of a habit, and how to optimize each of its components.
