The student will clarify for themselves, in writing, their core values, as well as their personal and professional mission statements. They will understand the power of 90 Day Goals as a practice for establishing new habits, systems and breakthroughs and then design, in writing, their next 90 Day Game Plan. They will understand the power and the practice of writing a Monthly Absolute List, as a simple tool to create focused energy for consistent accomplishment. They will have access to a Professional Practice Checklist and a Quality of Life Checklist, to repeatedly use as tools to get and keep themselves on track. Once completing this program and all the exercises with, they can do it again and again, until it becomes second nature for them. They can teach it to others, to expand capacities around them and reinforce their own mastery. We become what we teach. Often times, the end of a year and/or the beginning of a new year are fantastic times to freshly go through this process. Many of our clients report that mid to late summer are also great times for these exercises, be it for a start up or for a tune-up refresher on an existing biz. As they access their previously untapped or underdeveloped creative ingenuity, the student will be more vibrantly alive and fully self-expressed, as they whole-heartedly pursue the life and the business of their dreams and enthusiastically collaborate with others. We will be working on the following: 

#1) You get to live by design, not by default. Invest at least 1 hour to write out the following:

  • What will your life look like in 3 years, if you are really living your life the way you want to live?
  • If we were meeting here, in 3 years time, looking back over the previous 36 months, what would have to have happened, both personally and professionally, for you to be happy with your progress?
  • This is totally worth investing your precious time – it’s your rocket launch plan for your “moon shot"!

#2) Create a Master Dream List for Your Whole Life

  • What are Your Major Personal Dreams and Goals? (anything and everything you can possibly imagine)
  • What are Your Major Professional Dreams and Goals? (anything and everything you can possibly imagine)

#3) Complete a 90 Day Goal Sheet

  • What do I want in my life that I do not have right now?
  • What do I want to have more or less of?
  • What are Your Top 3 Business Goals and Top 3 Personal Goals, each with 2-3 Action Steps 

#4) Create Your Monthly Absolute Must List with Your Top 5 Most Important Priorities

  • Does Your Monthly Absolute Must List absolutely excite you? 
  • Will it inspire you to harness your focus and to execute your most important priorities? 
  • Will it energize you to do what you must do to follow through, to create the life and the business of your dreams?
