This course is developed for beginners who either haven't trained at all or had a little sport experience a long time ago. Both men and women are capable to complete it. All trainings consist of calisthenics exercises only, so you don't need any special equipment. To adhere to the training schedule you should train 5 times a week (Monday to Friday) for a month. Each training takes about 30 minutes of your time. That means you don't have any excuses to delay your fitness journey! Enroll and enjoy your progress!
