from Thank Me to Thank You

For anyone who has ever been, or is currently going through a not-easy relationship break-up (not many are easy but I like more positive statements - I will discuss this in the course), this course may help you transform your hurt experience into one that brings joy to yourself and the people around you. Hard to believe this is so? I'm living proof! I will take you through the learning I have gained through the last few years of my own healing. With lots of reading (likely over 35 books in my healing time alone), several courses from Grief Recovery, to Mindfulness training, to a 6-month intensive training from Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng... I think you will save yourself a lot of time by learning at least some of the pearls that I have gleaned through my process. I believe in self-empowerment, emotional healing from pain/trauma, and self-improvement.  If you are ready to move yourself forward using such ideas too, this course may be just what you need to begin (or complete) your own transformation!  I also believe many of us are on very similar journeys and I hope this course can help you move forward confidently and optimistically!!
