Imagine this:

• Learning to love and respect yourself and others exactly where they are.

• Returning happy from big events - not exhausted that you aren't good enough or don't have enough.

Feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin matters.  Comparison is the thief of joy and leaves us feeling empty and like no matter what we do it will never be enough.  Anybody (yes, really - anybody) can learn how to let go of comparison.  The way you feel about yourself impacts your career, your personal life, and your self-esteem.  Let's make some small shifts to find more joy.

This course teaches you simple techniques and easy adjustments that will slowly and gradually help you think differently about yourself and those around you.  You don't have to compare yourself to anyone to find your worth.  This class will teach you about the social comparison theory, why humans compare, different kinds of comparison, and where comparison is impacting your life.  That is not all, it will also teach you how to find your trigger areas, and teach you actionable steps to finding peace and more self love no matter what the situation.
