Fractions are given a bad reputation by elementary teachers who proclaim, "fractions are hard." I have made a career out of making math easy, and now I want to teach parents so you can confidently help your children with homework or homeschool. Let's stop the cycle of belief that fractions are hard!

I am Kay, a teacher with over 20 years' experience, and I invite you to join me as we add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions the easy way.  There is actually no reason to even need like denominators! What?!? Like denominators confuse everyone, and my easy 3-step method to add or subtract fractions is so much better!

This course is targeted to parents and students of pre algebra as I take you through the essential skills of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions in a way that respects your time and level of intellect. You can do this!

We go over step by step instructions to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions. Then, you learn about mixed numbers and improper fractions, and how to apply that knowledge to what you already know.  After each new set of directions, I give you multiple examples worked out step by step, and then quizzes so you can try these skills for yourself.

Take the entire course, or just use the parts you need so that you can be successful and confident with fractions.
