In this course, we will go over key elements needed in order to truly foster strong inclusion in the workplace. Specifically, we will cover:
Psychological safety, including understanding what it is, its importance in driving engagement and inclusion, elements of privilege, and how to spot and stop microaggressions.
We’ll talk about the role of leadership in fostering inclusion, including steps leaders at organizations can take to creating inclusive climates and role modeling inclusive practices, as well as how they can help to debunk negative stereotypes that exist on their teams
We will explore drivers of employee engagement, and how managers and organizations should interpret and can leverage engagement data to strengthen their internal culture.
We'll discuss how organizations can align their messages to their employees’ experiences to improve their organizational climate. This will include a discussion on the sources of inclusion and how to identify and interrupt unconscious bias in the workplace.
