  The World Of Weight Loss is fraught with anxiety and disappointment, I know, I've been there. It's full of fads, quick fixes, and the most unbelievable claims. It's definitely a case of buyer beware.

So at that point I realised if the eat less/move more answer to combat excessive weight, didn't work for me, and let's face it I was highly motivated and had a point to prove, I reasoned, it was unlikely to work for anybody else.
