Basic Finnish for Medical Professionals

The course is meant for students who have a little or minimal knowledge about medical Finnish.

The course consists of 9 (nine) chapters where we go through the following:

- meeting the patient

- asking questions about the patient's health

- answering the patient's questions

- giving the diagnosis

- discussing the symptoms of most usual diseases.

All chapters are audio recorded. While you are listening the chapter, you see the slides with the responsive text appearing on your screen as well.

The course gives you tools to manage in the most common situations that you come across when working in Finnish speaking hospital or clinic.
