Fathers-to-be Pregnancy Academy 36 weeks to The Birth

While this fourth Fathers-to-be Pregnancy Academy course from 36 weeks to The Birth continues your journey through the 5 phases of pregnancy. We'll dig down more into some of the practical skills you should practice now so you can use them during birth as it unfolds. You do NOT need to have taken the previous three courses if you're pregnant between 36 weeks to The Birth. 

The 10 pregnancy skills and birth skills begin to merge during this phase. We'll explore how they come together.

This Course: 

We'll explore Breathing, Touch, Teamwork and how to use your skills no matter where the birth unfolds or the type of birth experienced. We also reveal the two birthing behaviours as clearly written lists. These will make common sense and now you'll be able to see and hear whether the birthing woman is coping or not and be able to help immediately.
