To be productive while using Microsoft Excel, you have to be adapted to its various functions and functionalities. One of these functionalities is Excel VBA array, which allows you to access and use the data in the program much quicker. That means that you are more efficient and can do a lot more compared to people who don't use VBA arrays. Want to become productive? Just join this course!
If you stumbled on this course by accident, you might be thinking: what is this Excel array? Doesn't Excel have regular data in columns and rows? That's correct, but there are more functionalities to Excel than the average person might know. One of them is creating an array. VBA is another not very well-known term. It stands for "Visual Basic for Applications". In essence, it is a programming language created by Microsoft and mostly used in their various applications. This programming language allows us to have more functionality within their applications, which is excellent for those who are not satisfied with the base product.
You can create an Excel VBA array in all Microsoft Excel versions, which makes it quite flexible. The primary use for these VBA arrays is usually for more complex calculations that the regular in-built Excel functions cannot handle.
To get more basics of VBA, you should enroll in the first three parts of the training (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3) as in this part, I will talk mostly about the Excel array. If you want to know about VBA functions, then you should go to the fifth series.
In this Excel VBA array tutorial, you will not only get theoretical knowledge about this type of array, VBA functionality but also get some practical skills (if you follow the exercises yourself). Take a look at what I'm going to talk about:
As you can see, we have our work cut out for us. I will provide you also with some possible interview questions if you will be working with VBA arrays, and of course, you will have assignments to solidify your skills on Excel VBA array.
So what are you waiting for? Let's start!
