If Korean and your is your mother tongue and you can read English and want to learn how to speak the language then you can learn the content of this course. International students would greatly benefit from this and any students travelling to the UK or USA to learn how to get around in a country with people who use English as a primary mode of communication. The focus will only be on language and basic words and sentence structure. It will not go into writing so much. Some translation will be given using Korean written characters although Korean is not my first language so I must apologise in advance for any minor errors.
