Within it are real tools that can be used to help cope with the abuse, help in making decisions about whether to stay or leave and open up options and choices in a totally non-judgemental but practical and informative way. The objective of the course is to have a way forward made clearer so that the confusion and powerless feelings disappear and you can take back control of your emotions and choices.
