Effective Facilitation and Presentation

Understanding and training for new facilitators through the use of three scenarios of effective facilitators. There is also a test of the skills utilized in presenting these concepts via survey monkey. The three scenarios are:

Scenario One – The Transit Authority has a significant funding problem which must be resolved within a short period of time.

Scenario Two – The Judicial Department has a $40 million dollar funding decision which must be approved by eighteen entities.

Scenario Three – The Teacher’s Union had a strike a year before and the personnel situation has not       improved.

Each of these scenarios utilized a different approach to facilitation. The training compares the benefits of each for the differing situations.
