Discover Your Values with the Schwartz Value Survey

Discover Your Values is a personal development program designed to help you explore your core values using the Schwartz Values Survey. This program includes a comprehensive, 22-page workbook where you will identify, prioritize, and design a plan to live by your values.

Our program is unique because we take a science-based approach to values exploration. The material is based on the work of Dr. Shalom H. Schwartz who pioneered The Theory of Basic Human Values.

In this course you will:

• Learn about The Theory of Basic Human Values

• Complete the Schwartz Value Survey

• Prioritize how well you're living by your values today

• Design a plan to live by your values

• Overcome obstacles preventing you from honoring your values

Students will also have access to a private Facebook group to share progress and receiving ongoing support in the program.
