Company Innovation - Enabling, Facilitating, and Measuring

The finance organization is charged with aligning the strategic and financial goals of the company. This course discusses and reviews innovation and what you as a leader need to do to enable, facilitate and measure innovation in your company.  There are multiple “channels” for innovation and we’ll discuss several of them and their ability to drive business value.

What is “important” innovation? When evaluating innovation ideas, do you ask:

“Does the Innovation idea support our overall value proposition?”

“Will this idea survive the resource gauntlet and get funding and executive buy-in?”

“Can this idea be executed?”
