This programme will help preschool educators and professional caregivers, who are taking care of children between 3-6 years old, to understand the importance of building close relationship with children. They will be introduced to the processes of development, and explore how theoretical perspectives can be applied to a Child's Development through MOOC, and integrated with the flipped learning model. Learners will explore and review age appropriate activities that will engage young children in learning. During the face to face session, practice stations will be set up for learners to role play and practice their newly acquired skills in managing children of ages 4 to 6 years.
