Coaching Course: How to Train Like a Coach Part 2

**This coaching course combines online learning with face-to-face skills coaching sessions conducted in small groups in Singapore.

The UCoach Programme acknowledges the learners’ domain expertise and offers a supportive learning space. Learners are encouraged to discuss, share and experiment at the two follow-up workshops.

Unlike more conventional Train-the-Trainer training programmes, UCoach focuses on core threshold concepts that are key to facilitating skills learning. The programme is blended, comprising this course on Udemy,  followed by two in-person, short workshops to anchor the learning with discussion and application of key concepts.

By the end of the Programme, learners will be able to design and facilitate face-to-face coaching sessions to accompany MOOC/online learning courses
