This course teaches you mistakes and problems you may encounter in Buddhist meditation and how to correct them. My name is Dekker Fraser, and I’ve been studying and practicing Buddhism for over 10 years. I practice daily and have learned from many different monks at different monasteries. I’ve done many meditation retreats and have read the original teachings of the Buddha.
In this course, you’ll learn how to avoid meditation mistakes and fix key problems. I’ll cover four major topics: 1 - meditation tactics, 2 - creating the right context for meditation, 3 - managing specific emotions, and 4 - customizing your meditation.
This course is for people who have had at least some experience trying meditation. For this reason, I have labelled it an intermediate course.
