Body Composition Analysis

Body composition as the name suggests, means what the body is made up of. All human bodies are made up the same way with muscle, bone, organs, tissue, and fat. However, body composition varies immensely from person to person due to the difference in percentage distribution of these important elments, this is the primary focus of this syllabus. In this course, we'll take a closer look at the body composition and explore the parameters in which body composition is analysed.
