In this course, students will learn the foundations of yoga. These are the most essential aspects of alignment students must learn in order to advance in their practice safely and skillfully. The program will consist of five forty-five minute practices that will build upon each other. There will be parts of the classes that flow and other parts that focus more on breaking down the postures. By the end of the program, we will be flowing for most of the class, and students will have the tools they need to begin experimenting with more intermediate and advanced poses.
