I know it can be challenging to get started with training our body and mind so I created this course to motivate and educate you. You're learn the basics of Yoga and then apply them in a weekly yoga Flow. You'll also have access to my yoga inspired HIT and ab workouts. This will help you weather you're looking to loose weight, gain muscle or just look after your general physical health and fitness. Lastly I'll be teaching you how to meditate using my guided meditations, teaching you the art of mindfulness and how you can be calmer and happier just by focusing on your breath. This really is a an overall health and wellness course that offers you physical therapy through calisthenics training and yoga and mental therapy via my guided mindfulness meditaions.
