This course primarily focuses on software as service businesses that generate leads by offering free trials, but it is also relevant to any business that receives leads through an online mechanism such as an enquiry/contact form. The course focuses on three main areas of automation:
Customer Segmentation.
In this section, you will learn how to automatically segment your customers into specific profiles so that they can be targeted automatically with relevant content.
Workflows & Pathways
In this section, you will learn how to build out pathways specific to each profile that inbound leads will journey through. These pathways will include a combination of automated email marketing & direct selling from Business Development Representatives. You will first learn how to
do design these pathways, and then actually build them using automation software.
Personalization
In this section, you will learn how to personalize the automated experience so that each inbound lead has a unique experience tailored specifically to them. We will learn how to use Liquid, a unique personalization language.
Following these three steps will allow you to add a significant amount of automation to your sales process, saving your sales team a huge amount of time and allowing them to focus on the more important tasks.
