My name is Linda and I’m the founder of 1AquaYogaSchool.
15 years ago I was working in the financial industry. I did too many marathons, wakeboarding, alcohol, cigarettes and ‘rich’ foods. I damaged my knees, back and neck, and my periods stopped!
I spent tens of thousands to see doctors and therapists. They gave me medication, but nothing worked. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at night, and couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. I had to support my neck with one hand, roll to one side, drop my knees to kneel on the ground, and hold on to the bed for support, in order to stand up.
I couldn’t walk, I had to limp; when I go up and down stairs I had to hold the railings.
Then I decided to search for a solution myself. I traveled to America, India, China and Taiwan, learnt about diet, movement, yoga, aquatic yoga, Ayurveda, TCM, and created a system to heal myself.
Within one year I healed my knees and could walk without pain.
Having been through the journey of suffering and healing, I founded 1AquaYogaSchool movement to help others heal their pain and get their life back.
