My story - What changing my self image did to me?
Growing up I was an extreme introvert. My self image was so low that I would burst into tears whenever someone said anything to me that I didn't like. I wasn't happy with myself. I didn't like who I was. Unknowingly I developed Inferiority Complex, I just couldn't get words out of my mouth in family get together or social meets. I always compromised and put myself through unnecessary struggles because of that. My uncle started calling me "dumb" and this rubbed the wound harder. I went into depression and anxiety. Life was tough. I always looked down on myself, I didn't have anything to be proud of.
My low self esteem and poor self image was the consequence of many traumatic events in life. The principles that are shared in this course helped me to correct my thinking, rebuild by self confidence, improve self image and open my life to the fullest. Life became easier when I developed self confidence to express myself and receive that which I wanted. It was as if the struggles left me. I became impressive in stage communication, networking and putting forth my ideas. My relationships with people became mutual, profound and mature. I was welcomed in groups, given respected and looked up to. I lived to my fullest when I came in touch with my real self, explored my strengths and gave up on non-productive thinking patterns. Wit total acceptance and change in belief systems of myself I became the best version of myself. Can you relate to me?
