This course starts by looking at just what are macronutrients and micronutrients and the different sources. Then it goes over physical and psychological aspects of our environment that can affect our health and what we can do about them. Following that we consider just what is active movement and exercise with some tips to get you started, or restarted, in this area. We finish by looking at just what 'counting calories' means as well as the possible role of supplementation.
