Have you ever thought about starting a meditation practice but didn't know where to start? In this course you will learn how to meditate and leave feeling comfortable to meditate on a regular basis on your own. This 7 day meditation course is designed to teach you how to sit comfortably, as well as how to meditate for different lengths of time. We will work from a short 5 minute meditation all the way up to a 20 minute meditation, focusing on different themes and mantras each day.
