敘事工作 （Narrative Practice）是一種以敘述故事重構生命主線的方略， 旨在協助參與者探索自己的獨特智慧及資源，從而更有力地面對人生。 敘事工作理論近年已被廣泛應用在心理治療、人物專訪、小組討論、社區教育等等不同領域。「敘事工作101」是一個初階課程，特別為對敘事工作有興趣的朋友而設。此課程由陳智達博士（香港理工大學應用社會科學系助理教授）主責設計及任教；協助講解的同工包括 歐陽可兒（家庭輔導員）、劉藹玲 Chris（教學助理）。
